Please note that when searching for your order on the returns portal you must leave a space in your postcode otherwise the system will not be able to find your order. For example:

6 digit postcodes format: G41 1LU
7 digit postcode format: G412 1LU

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR RETURNS PARCEL

You can return products to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving a product. The initial delivery charges are non-refundable. The Product must be returned to us undamaged, unwashed and unaltered. 

How to Return
If you would like to use one of our returns labels to return your item you can get this from our returns portal on our website. We charge £2 for returns labels which is deducted from your final refund amount.

Please then take your parcel and barcode to your nearest YODEL drop off point. The yodel store will print off a label for you. To locate your nearest drop off point please visit the YODEL website. Please ensure you include the return form in the parcel. If you are unable to generate a returns label please contact us via email (orders@goarmy.co.uk).

If you are outside the UK then return postage must be organised by yourself and is non-refundable.  

Exchanges

If you would like the product in a different size or colour please send your current item back for a refund and place another order for the new size / colour.
