29 Squadron RAF Black Flight Suit
Grading Explained
We sell both new and used military goods.
Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.
New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.
This black flight suit pays tribute to one of the RAF’s most storied and elite units — No. 29 Squadron. Established in 1915 during the First World War, 29 Squadron has a legacy steeped in aerial combat, from flying early biplanes over the Western Front to intercepting V-1 rockets and engaging enemy aircraft in WWII. Today, it serves as the Typhoon Operational Conversion Unit, training the next generation of fighter pilots at RAF Coningsby.
Crafted from flame-retardant, durable material, this flight suit delivers cockpit-ready performance with multiple zip-secured utility pockets, adjustable cuffs, and mission-specific comfort. Finished in tactical black and bearing the proud 29 Squadron insignia, it’s more than gear — it’s a symbol of precision, heritage, and operational excellence.
Fly with the spirit of a squadron that’s made history for over a century.
