Access to the main pouch via the top, middle and bottom of the bag, this makes it easy to access any piece of gear in your bag without having to empty the whole thing out. An amazing piece of kit that will compliment all your outdoor activities.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FROM UK MAINLAND 

To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to generate a returns label please email us at orders@goarmy.co.uk. Please check your spam folder for replies from us. 

If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount. 

If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like

We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item. 

International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

  • Very large items - Cardboard boxes

Packing Tape

  • Small items - Gum tape / Kraft Tape (biodegradable)
  • Larger items - Kraft Tape (biodegradable)

If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste. 

With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves. 

Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

Great bag very strong,loads of load out possibilities with the molly system, my u.s modular sleep system fits nice and snug leaving plenty of room for more gear , staff are friendly and very helpful 10/10

Big Bag, Great Price

You would be hard pressed to find as big a Bergen for this money. Lots of Molle and Pockets too.

Excellent Condition, zips and buckles all in good working order

Cons:
Bent frame (replaced by Go Army though! Very happy with this as the frames are hard to get hold of!)

All in all, great bag, excellent value and fantastic customer service from GoArmy. Would definitely recommend one of these bags, and would definitely buy again from Go Army!
