Price Promise / Discounts

At GoArmy we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers premium products at the best possible prices, which is why we will try our absolute best NOT be beaten on price. Unfortunately due to the nature of our product line, we don't offer any price guarantees and the price advertised is the price we sell at and does not receive any discount unless part of a promotion.

If you find the same like-for-like product offered at a lower price elsewhere prior to purchase, contact us by phone or email and we’ll do our level best to match or in some cases beat the competitor's price for you.

How to Order

We have 3 methods for you to place your order - telephone, instore and online. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.

Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept PayPal (online only). If you are ordering by credit card (mail order) the goods should be sent to the card holder’s registered address to avoid additional checks and verification which takes time. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) your order may go through a verification process prior to being shipped and you may be required to provide additional information. 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store. Please note: goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel your order you please send an email either before your order is despatched (in most cases this is 24 hrs after making your order) or within 14 working days (Monday to Friday) of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to GoArmy. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 working days (Monday to Friday) of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to GoArmy at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.

Delivery Information

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, GoArmy or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. GoArmy will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.

We run several discount voucher codes throughout the year.

Store gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed in-store or over the phone (not permitted for online use). Vouchers purchased from GoArmy can be used in conjunction with store promotions unless otherwise stated.


When can you write a product review?

You can write a product review when you have purchased the product being reviewed from GoArmy.

What should you write about?

Your review must reflect your own first-hand Experience. You are required to concentrate on relevant points about the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the purchased product's functionality and quality.

If your review contains non product related information, you may be asked to modify your review or it may be removed. The review must not include any of the following:

  • Opinions on other products/brands.
  • Defamatory statements or a violation of the GoArmy Guidelines.
  • Violent/coarse language or any sexist/racial character inference.
  • Any personal information about another individual, including another person's name, address, phone number, electronic mail address, credit card information or any other information that could be used to track, identify, contact or impersonate that person.

You accept and agree that GoArmy may remove any of the above violations from the review. You also accept and agree that GoArmy may remove references to other companies and websites (including links) from the review. Removed information is replaced with blank spaces or similar, and GoArmy will not otherwise make alterations to your review.

When does GoArmy remove your review?

As a main rule, GoArmy do not remove reviews from their website. However, some reviews which are in violation of the GoArmy Guidelines and/or applicable law, and in these cases GoArmy retain the right to remove your review. Below are some examples of when GoArmy may remove your review:

  • Your review violates GoArmy’s Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
  • GoArmy ask you to modify your review, and you do not do so within the deadline mentioned in GoArmy’s email to you.
  • Your review is of a marketing nature or has marketing purposes.
  • You are a competitor of GoArmy.
  • You have created multiple profiles to review GoArmy several times.
  • GoArmy have asked you to forward proof of your buying Experience with GoArmy and no or insufficient documentation has been provided within the deadline.
  • Your review and the number of awarded stars are seemingly conflicting, e.g. if you awarded a product only one star but wrote a very positive review the reviewed product.
  • Reviews may be placed on hold in order to wait for more reviews of a product to get a more accurate reflection of the product. 

Please note: you must be able to send proof of your Buying Experience up to 12 months from the date that you wrote your review.

There is a deadline of 48 hours on communications relating to any review placed.

If you wish to complain about your delivery (e.g. non-receipt of goods, damaged goods, lost goods) you must contact us within 30 days of making your order.
