The Desert Camo Goretex Jacket is a standard issue MVP/Goretex jacket provided to British Forces, featuring the 95 DPM desert pattern. This lightweight goretex military jacket is both waterproof and breathable, designed to be worn over standard issue smocks for added protection from the elements. An old British Army trick is to wear this under a combat smock to retain the use of pockets while protecting the MVP jacket from wear and tear. This waterproof camo jacket is ideal for military operations in desert climates.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FROM UK MAINLAND 

To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to generate a returns label please email us at orders@goarmy.co.uk. Please check your spam folder for replies from us. 

If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount. 

If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like

We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item. 

International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste. 

With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves. 

Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

Canadian Hunter buys from GoArmy!!

I 'm a Canadian Hunter that lives in the desert pocket of British Columbia and I was searching the web for a store that sold goretex British desert cam clothing that is ultra rare. I came upon GoArmy and they had the goretex desert pants and jacket in my size.and ordered them, The pants I received OK but they made a mistake on the Jacket which was not goretex. I let them know and they responded quickly and sent out the right item immediately. You know its a trustworthy business when you get an amazing response to a mistake and it was quickly dealt with. I am so impressed as I am 8000 miles away, yet they treated my like a neighbor!! Thank you so much GoArmy!! I will always look to your store if I need any British military item!

Super Jacket

This jacket arrived in brand new condition. I ordered a size down from my usual size as these jackets are sized to wear layers beneath them. The jacket fit snugly with room for a hoodie on. The jacket is waterproof and withstood a torrential downpour keeping me dry. There are just two breast pockets, I would have preferred hip pockets, but no great loss. The pockets have good sized flaps on them to keep everything inside dry. I can fit my beanie hat and gloves in them. The hood is large, but is usable due to the elastic cordage for adjustment. It folds away neatly when not needed. Personally I think the desert camouflage is a little more city friendly than woodland or all terrain types. Overall a fantastic buy. Service was also great.

Excellent jacket.

Excellent jacket for the money, brand new never been issued, great just to leave in the car or stuffed in the bottom of a rucksack, be aware that these jackets are just a outer shell with no lining, they have a hood folded into the collar with a drawstring to adjust it,two chest pockets,very waterproof, would recommend, great service from Goarmy once again.

Great product, great service

Jacket brand new and worth every penny in design and construction.
I returned after very helpful sizing chat with GoArmy.
My shirt chest is 39", say 41" with pile jacket below. Suggested a XL (sold out) maybe more appropriate.
I had originally purchased a 2XL 42-44" chest but while pretty ok there was rather a lot of surplus fabric out front.. were Army units have pockets and pouches stuffed full of gear?...which I dont
