Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:

  • Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
  • Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
  • Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.

New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.

Well made, tech fabric, proper piece of kit. I’m ready for whatever the elements can throw at me, I’ll be warm, dry and won’t ‘boil in the bag’. Size L was good for me: 6.1, 44 chest. Recommended.

Winter is round the corner

Previous reviews suggest the garment is warm and waterproof. I was very impressed with the quality of it, I probably won’t road test it until winter arrives as it’s quite heavy duty and probably too warm for the summer months even though the rain has been biblical.

Hi just received my jacket today
With all the rain this week I decided to have a walk to the shops.
Stayed Dry while I expected to.
Shall be using the jacket to climb my next munro.
Only thing I can say is it was recommended to take the size down I wouldn't as I got the mediam and is a good fit with a jumper on ..I am 5.8 and under 12st . so after I have been out on the Hills on my next trip I shall update my review..
