Grading Explained
We sell both new and used military goods.
Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.
New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.
U S Large Alice Pack with Lightweight Frame
Original United States Alice Packs, designed and developed in the 1970's as part of the the U.S ALICE system (All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment). This backpack functioned in the United States military for around 3 decades. The bags capacity is 65L and will carry enough clothing and gear for a 4/5 day camping or hiking trip.
Please note that the packs do not come with their original straps and hip pads, but have the exact LC-2 replacements. Most frames are LC-2, the odd frame is an LC-1. Please note that some of the frames might have slight bends in them and some paint flaking.

- Made of water-repellent 420 denier military nylon duck.
- External three large quick opening cargo pockets & three small.
- 1 inside radio compartment with cinch buckle.
- 1 Velcro® closing pocket in the pack's top flap.
- External attachment points for extra gear / pouches.
- Internal straps to shorten pack if total volume not necessary.
- Measures 22" x 20" x 19".
- 65L in capacity.
- Capacity 25 to 35 kg load.
