Came promptly- as described. I am size 10/12 and ordered large because medium not available. It’s roomy - space to fit extra layer but that is good. Seems very well made. Second hand but very few signs of wear.

Smock came very promptly, like brand new but sadly a bit on the small side. Good value & good customer service.

A very comfortable and surprisingly warm garment. I've been wearing one over a short-sleeved T-shirt for walks in the recent cold weather and haven't felt cold at all. Also very light, about 600 grams in XL, and packs down small. I'm 6' 2" with 40" chest and bought XL after reading other reviews referring to the small sizing. There is plenty of room underneath for extra layers but I think the L would have been too snug across the shoulders. XL is 28" pit-to-pit, 34" collar to hem at the back and 21" sleeve length. Mine was Grade 1 but showed no obvious sign of wear. Efficient ordering process and quick delivery from Goarmy. I'll be back!

Lots of ventilation points and pockets, quality seems top notch, definitely on par with similar Buffalo and Snugpak smocks I’ve owed previously. I’m 5ft9 with 40inch chest, bought a large and it fits perfectly.

This is one of the best pieces of kit I have ever bought. Very light, and packs down really small, the thermal warmth is outstanding. I have been wearing it under a waterproof during the recent rain storms, and was perfect for what I needed. Highly recommended!!,

I have had one of the original Buffalo smocks for many years, it has to be very cold to use it, this smock is not as warm but it means I can use it more often,well vented with the under arm and side zips, good map pocket on the front, I went for the large super grade which was brand new, would recommend.

Never ordered surplus before so wasn't sure whether to go brand new or grade 1. Decided to risk it and glad I did. The grade 1 looks and feels brand new and I saved a few quid. Took me a week to discover some small marker pen writing on the inside which isn't an issue. I'm 5ft6 70kg and ordered large because all the online reviews said it was tiny. I probably could have stuck with medium its a little too baggy. But the velcro and zips make it highly adjustable and it allows me to fit plenty of layers underneath which is something you definitely want under this. It is not as warm as I thought, definitely part of a layering system

This is a great jacket. Light weight, warm and looks good with walking trousers or jeans. It came brand new in the packet. Good pockets. Zippers under the arm pits to let out the heat so you don’t need to take the jacket off when it warms up. Side zipper to aid in pulling the jacket on and off. All in all a good jacket for a good price.

Great lightweight jacket which has a fleece inner. Probably a bit too thick for summer wear but should be perfect for September through to November. Not sure if the outer layer could cope with a downpour but would be fine in a shower. Bought mine for its handiness in that it folds up into its own front pouch so great for travelling. Mine will be an emergency use only jacket so on one hand I’m looking forward to trying it and on the other I’m not!

I agree with the other reviews that this is a bit snug fitting but it seems to be a really decent top that will go nicely under a field jacket or waterproof in cold weather.
