Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:

  • Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
  • Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
  • Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.

New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.

The coat is made of high-quality waterproof nylon. This rain poncho is 100% waterproof, providing complete protection in wet conditions. Absolutely first class condition, probably unused. Packs up small, and keeps the rain out brilliantly. Massive hood, which is documented if you do a bit of reading up, but when used with a peaked cap isn't a problem. Great multifunctional piece of kit.

Absolutely love this poncho. It was listed as grade 1, but arrived in Super Grade condition. The price was more than fair, shipping to the US was reasonable and it arrived very quickly. The poncho itself is far superior to Helikon-Tex and other military style models. It’s bigger, better built and the integrated stuff sack is a real plus. If you have a chance to get one of these- do! You’ll be glad you did.

Great for my outdoor adventures

I spent the night under it.. 3 corners in the ground and the 4th on a stick. The hood tied up to another stick at the back, the way you see on bushcraft videos. It was a good night... It rained and I woke up dry. Looking forward to using it again. It packs away into it's wee pocket and fits in the top or front pocket on my rucksack (which have other things in them too)

I ordered two Dutch Army ponchos from Goarmy. One of them was in superb condition but the other one not so great. I had to do a few repairs to ensure that it would be fully waterproof. The disparity in condition left me feeling a bit disappointed overall with my purchase unfortunately. But I suppose that is the risk you take when ordering surplus gear.
