British Army General Service Shirt
Grading Explained
We sell both new and used military goods.
Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.
New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.
The general Service shirt was a staple of the British army in the 1980's and 90's. made of thick cotton this simple utilitarian shirt is perfect for every day use, casual wear and even reenactment. coming complete with two front fixed chest pockets, epaulettes and a classic olive colour these are a true vintage staple
- 2 breast pockets with buttons
- Button placket at the front
- Cuff with buttons
- Epaulettes x2
Sizing: Like many dress shirts these are measured from the collar, though as this is a nato sizing it is measured in centimeters. so for an accurate fit, measure your neck in CM and select your best fit
Grading: while these are all grade 1 some of these have faded over time which make them a lighter green, adding a really nice vintage vibe to them
