The Austrian Army KAZ 03 Rucksack is a modern military backpack engineered for seamless integration with combat gear.
Designed with ergonomics in mind, it includes an internal frame to help ease the load on the shoulders. It has a quite an unusual narrow profile which gives the bag a more sturdy and rigid feel about it when you are carrying it on your back. There is a quick-release loop on the right shoulder strap to enable easy disconnection of the sternum strap for convenience.
The Austrian army use a combat belt as a hip belt which attaches to an external 30-mm aluminium piece of metal. Unfortunately this belt is not included with the rucksack, but I'm sure an alternative can be used.
The shoulder straps are adjustable to accommodate various back lengths. The rucksack’s top flap doubles as an external-access pocket, while the interior features a large pouch for secure, easy-to-reach storage. The main compartment is straightforward and functional, with a diaphragm separating the top and bottom sections. The lower compartment can be accessed via an external zipper equipped with buckle backups.

If returning an item for a refund we charge £3 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount.
If you want to exchange your order please send the item/items back for a refund and make a new order for the items you would like
We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.
International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste.
With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves.
Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.
