    If you buy any of our army surplus products then all the packaging will be plastic free. With army surplus you minimise the environmental impact of producing new clothes and reduce plastic waste. 

    With our new items there may be plastic packing which comes from the supplier themselves. 

    Although we are not totally plastic free (but pretty close) our goal is to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible and will continue to do so going into the future.

    To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to generate a returns label please email us at orders@goarmy.co.uk. Please check your spam folder for replies from us. 

    Exchanges are free

    If returning an item for a refund we charge £2 for the return label which is taken from the refund amount. 

    We accept returns / exchanges from 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for returns. A refund is given within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item. 

    International order must arrange thier own return postage which is non-refundable.

    Work boots

    Only just bought these boots. Still breaking them in.
    They seem very tough, thick leather, quite stiff.
    To soon to know if they are going to give me the story I need, I am on my feet all day in a warehouse and sometimes I walk 7 miles a day.

    Outstanding value.

    I wear work boots every day and my current pair have been great but have worn down a lot so they're starting to wear through inside and they make humourous noises when I walk, so I thought I'd replace them with a pair of combat boots. I've always liked combat boots and found them to be hardwearing and comfortable once broken in, that these ones had a steel toe cap was the icing on the cake. I was expecting pre-issued boots, so a bit worn but already broken in, but these are brand spanking new, not a mark anywhere on them! Turns out I needn't have worried about breaking them in either, I wore them round the house all yesterday and they were incredibly comfortable right from the word go.
    These are amazing value for money and I'm looking forward to wearing them in future.

    Work boot

    Brought as needed boots for all outdoor work in worst of weather and ground conditions , they lace high but if more freedom of movement of your ankle is needed they can be laced and be secured as standard boot but still have the benefits of allowing wet weather gear a good seal above your ankle look strong and should do the job perfectly

    Excellent value and quality, boots are brand new!

    Ordered a set of these thinking they would be Grade 1 used, but they're actually brand new. They fit really well and feel comfortable. Leather looks good and there are no manufacturing faults or marks on them. Soles are unmarked and look brand new. I've bought a few army parka coats before and would recommend Go Army again, will be back again!
