Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Gradeย โ Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1ย โ Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2ย โ Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.

A striking piece of traditional British Army Highland dress, this feather bonnet is the iconic headdress associated with Scotland's kilted Highland regiments.
Constructed around a lightweight frame and covered in feathers, the bonnet is finished with a regimental diced headband, plume and distinctive hanging feather tails. The exact colours and arrangement vary according to regiment, making the details particularly interesting to collectors of Scottish military dress.
The feather bonnet has a long history within Highland military dress, developing from the traditional Scottish bonnet and becoming an established feature of Highland regimental full dress during the 18th and 19th centuries. It was worn by Highland regiments on campaign as well as on parade, although by the late 19th century its use had increasingly become associated with ceremonial dress.
