British Army MTP & Tan UBAC
Grading Explained
We sell both new and used military goods.
Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.
New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.
British Army MTP & Tan UBAC
The ubac, or ‘under body army combat’ shirt is a versatile and modern addition to the British Forces kit. Designed to be worn under body armour systems such as the Osprey vest, as well as assault vests. Made to full UK, MOD specifications. The torso part is made of a breathable Coolmax fabric in coyote/tan colour and the shoulders/arms is normal polycotton blend with MTP camouflage.
Please note these items could have been worn/used by serving personnel and may have small stains or imperfections
Note on sizing: These come up very large and so we advise to take at least a size down on these from your normal UK size
Features include:
- A short stand-up collar
- Half-length zipper
- Adjustable cuffs with button closure
- Velcro pockets on the sleeves (where the flashes go).
- Coolmax torso, keeping you cool and free from sweat.
- Some have removable padding in the shoulders, ekgows and forearms(most won’t). If they are missing, you can easily cut your own from some foam. Same kind of foam that’s used in football kneepads.
- Used condition, may have nicks & holes in the coolmax, scuff marks and pen marks.
- Doesn't come with velcro flashes.
