Used items
Used kit comes directly from military surplus and is graded as follows:
- Super Grade — Unissued or unused condition. The item is like new, but may not include its original packaging.
- Grade 1 — Previously issued and lightly used. Fully functional and ready for immediate use.
- Grade 2 — Heavier signs of use. Still serviceable, but may have visible defects such as small rips, stains, or minor damage to zips or fastenings.
New items
All new stock is sourced from suppliers worldwide and arrives factory-new, usually in original packaging.
Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T) Gen 7
The patented C-A-T® is a true one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. Tests proved that the C-A-T® completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in the event of a traumatic wound with significant haemorrhage. The C-A-T® utilizes a durable windlass system with a patented free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Once adequately tightened, bleeding will cease and the windlass is locked into place. A hook and loop windlass retention strap is then applied.
