Product is new. Still has manufacturers tags. Pattern is true. However, this is NOT military grade! It is ripstop. It is light. I wouldn't trust this other than anything except a poncho. Forget about using as a shelter. Far too thin. Hood is NOT sized for a helmet. Snaps are robust, but, I'm afraid they won't last long before being pulled out of the material. It has an inside waist strap. I have no doubt it is 100 percent waterproof. Lightweight,but, not meant for rugged use. Not bad for the price.

3 in 1 Poncho DPM

This was a brand new item made by KombatUK. Light-weight and generally of a good quality. Only downside that I found was when I set it up as a basha 2 of the grommets (used for tie out points) are weak and came away from the poncho material pretty easily.

Brand new item - and very lightweight

Delivery was prompt, as promised. The poncho was brand new, which for some reason I wasn't expecting. It is a Kombat UK copy of the old British army issue DPM poncho, a type I've used in the past (the old pvc-backed type). This was much lighter than expected, being ripstop nylon rather than pvc, so is a bit "flyaway" in the wind. It does however keep the rain off and allow all your kit to stay dry - which is why I bought it! I've not tried using it as a basha yet, but would expect it to work just as well for that, too.
